2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're in the US, we've got you covered-no matter how remote your location, your neon sign can reach you.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer standard shipping for $15, which takes 7-14 business days. Please note that all orders require 1-3 business days of processing time before they are dispatched. If you need your sign sooner, contact us-we may be able to expedite for an additional fee.
4. What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the sign must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must contact us first to initiate the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we'll send a tracking number to your email. The tracking will work with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination. You can use this number to follow your sign's journey from our workshop to your doorstep.
6. Can I customize a sign? Absolutely! Customization is our specialty. You can choose from our existing designs or send us your own idea-a word, a phrase, a logo, or a simple drawing. We'll work with you on sizing, colors, and style to create a unique sign that matches your vision. Custom orders typically take a little longer to produce, but we'll keep you updated.

8. Are your signs safe for indoor use? Yes, all LITAN signs are designed for indoor use and come with a safe, certified power adapter. They operate on low voltage and produce minimal heat, making them safe for bedrooms, nurseries, and other living spaces. Just plug them in and enjoy the glow.
